40mm: 1 disque acier + 3 disques en bois = 14.8kg
45mm: 2 disques acier + 3 disques en bois = 22.2kg
56mm: 2 disques acier + 4 disques en bois = 23.5kg

test à 63kg la prochaine fois si tout va bien. 40mm c'est plus confortable comme prise et le bois fait beaucoup moins mal que l'acier.
Je dirais 5kg de différence entre aujourd'hui et la prise que j'utilise d'habitude.
