Hello,

I placed an order a few time ago (N° ****) and yesterday I received the equipment. It’s seems that there are many problems.

First, I ordered a “Trizep/Bizepstange gerade ca. 50cm” (Product No.:G-2007) and I didn’t receive it. So I’m waiting for a new sending.

Secondly, the offer announced 140 kilos of Dumbbells, and I received only 120 kilos.

You can see here, the offer I chose when I ordered:

Thirdly, and it’s the most important thing: The pulley I ordered is not the one which was delivered to me. As you can see in the Offer page, the pulley ordered is BB-9030 LTO

And I received the pulley that you can see on this page:

As you can see, it’s not the same pulley at all. The delivered pulley does not work in the same way as the pulley I ordered and it’s a real problem because the mechanism is widely worse.

So I would like you to send me the pulley I ordered and to get back the wrong pulley.

Fourth, when I received the powercage, there were not any notes to assemble the machine. I don’t find it normal and I would like you to send me these notes.

I’m waiting for a solution.

Bah perso, tous les emails que j'ai envoyé le week end ou le vendredi, j'ai eu une réponse le lundi.

Please be informed that G-2007 was not on stock -
- our Support inform us that they put another Model in the order which is near the same G-2007

its correct in our Discription we inform the the compleate Set is 140kg!! inclusive the Bar!!
So in the Details you can find the Info that there are 120KG Plates and the Bar that add to Total 140KG!
So the order is compleate.

Its true that on the Site Barbarian-Line is the old Model of the BB-LTO
But however you ordered the item of course not on the Barbarian Site - its not possible -
just in our Shop , where there is of course the right Model in the Picture and Discription which you get.

So the order is compleate and correct!

Please check an be informed also feel free if there are any more Questions.

Pour l'histoire de la fonte je suis d'accord.

Par contre pour la poulie, ils essaient de me faire croire que j'ai commandé la nouvelle poulie pourrie et pas l'ancien modèle...
C'est pas faute de leur avoir linké LEUR offre sur LEUR site. (Ils me prennent pour un con car je leur ai montré la référence sur le site barbarian..)

Et bien sur, ils parlent pas des notices non reçues..

First, I don’t care if G-2007 was not in stock. On your website, it was written that it was ! I was paid out for that! The other model is not “near the same” as G2007 AT ALL. My order was triceps equipment, what I received is back equipment.
So, I don’t want “near the same”, I want the model I ordered. Send it to me when it will be in stock.

For the problem of the weight plates, I apologize, you were right. It’s okay for this.

For the pulley problem, you said: “where there is of course the right Model in the Picture and Description which you get.” WRONG!

I’m not as stupid as you can think. When I ordered, YOUR website was proposing YOUR offer where the pulley was BB9030 model. I link the webpage in my precedent email. Everything was in stock and I ordered.
I don’t care if today, the offer is not available anymore. It was when I ordered and you took my money for this!

I notice that the offer I linked to you which was in Google Database disappeared mysteriously. You know as well as me that, when I ordered, your website was proposing BB 9030 LTO model. And that’s exactly what I wanted. Fortunately for me, I printed your offer when I purchased. And as I said to you, It’s BB9030 LTO model! I can prove it.

So, as I said in the precedent email, I want you to exchange me the pulley I received for the one I originally ordered. Whether it’s in stock or not, I don’t care, that’s your problem. Contact Barbarian Line to get a new one.

And to finish, you didn’t answer me about notes to assemble the machine. I need it too.

Nicolas joue aussi la pression de smart, file leur le lien, dis leur que tu avais été conseillé par nous et que ça représente une bonne partie des BB français (moi j'avais un numéro de commande 113827).
Là ça va leur faire de la mauvaise pub si tu n'es pas satisfait.

Perso je vois pas où est le problème tu commandes sur le site megafitness et il ya bien marqué modèle 2009.

ici il y a les anciennes photos du vieux modèle
à la limite si t'es pas satisfait renvoi tout

Mais bon tu cries un peu au loup pour rien là car c'est toi qui n'a pas fait attention.

Là c'est pas megafitness.

De plus, sur l'offre que j'ai commandé, c'était bien écrit la référence de la poulie que je souhaitais réellement. Et la photo était également la bonne.

Tu m'expliquera comment ça peut être de ma faute lorsque toutes les informations données sont erronées.

Et oui, quand je passe une commande de plus de 1500 euros, j'attends à ce que le matos réceptionné soit celui commandé. (Surtout lorsqu'il s'agit d'une poulie de plusieurs centaines d'euros)

- tu es content de ton matos ? Je me tate pour me racheter un rack parce qu'avec mon vieux RBR 500 je commence à être limité.
- T'as eu des merdes avec MegaFitness alors ? C'est quoi le truc à éviter pour ne pas tomber dans le vortex ? On peut payer en CB normal, parce que paypal j'ai pas trop envie de m'ouvrir un compte et tout...

chez megafitness j'ai commandé dernierement (barbarian line):

2 potences murales pour sac de frappe
1 station dips à fixer au mur
1 barre de traction à fixer au mur

livraison ultra rapide si l'article est en stock, sinon prevoir 1 à 3 semaines
on recoit un mail à chaque etape de la commande, avec tracking number

Vu le prix du bestiau en revanche j'ai interêt à être sacrement sur de mon coup car pas moyen que je le change dans 3 ans cuilà !

Je ne pense pas que le sol s'écroulera pour si peu...
