the thing about squats and DLs it that they DO GROW MASS.
Which makes one-arm-chins VERY difficullt.
i'd like to squat the way "growing strength NOT the mass"
also.. not far ago i've benched 150 kilos weighting 78.
(and i did it after 5 days of being sick with influenza) so i suppose i can do 155-158 in my best shape (in this topic i wrote that i bench 2 BW - that's not exactly so - 192% but i am really able to do 200% just gotta get in shape)

SO, now i got interesting in competitions. The Ukraine national record in 75 kilos
in 23 years category is 175 kg. And i did 150 in bad shape without a bench shirt.
Also actually i almost didnt work on Singles (which could mean some 2-3 kilos of potential if work with singles) Most Often - 5 rep routines.

i got ENOUGH fat on me to be in "75 " almost without losin muscles
BUT if i continue squatting and deadlifting - i'll kill my possibility to
compete in 75. I'll have to do in 82.5 ...
which will reduce the chances
