Same as Monday plus powerstairs and so called parallel stairs
These are just excerpts of Mariusz's training program. Each of his training sessions is precluded by 15-min of skipping rope (of course, he used to be a boxer). He finishes every workout with abdominal work. On top of all this, there is twice-a-week karate practice and recovery work which includes swimming. (...). You can also find Mariusz doing his medium-distance runs.
D'après moi, cet entrainement doit être très bon vu ses perfs principales:
-26 ans
- Bench Press 275 kg
- Squat 360 kg
- Deadlift 395 kg (wow!!!)
Je n'ai pas tout son entrainement mais il était marqué qu'il s'entrainait 2 fois par jour et 5 fois par semaine!!! Et je croit qu'il bosse + que 2 membres par jour...
Aujourd'hui, il est l'homme le plus fort du monde...
Déja à 16 ans, il avait fait sa première compétition de DC, dont il a remporté, et il avait soulevé 160 kg au DC!
Alors, bien qu'il soit puissant, je croit que son entrainement est légèrement éxagéré (où ben que je ne m'y connait pas en entrainement strongman)... J'espère que vous me diriez si son entrainement est correct...
