While I would dearly love too Darrell I promised Brian Johnston I wouldn't "let the cat out of the bag". Next year more people will know about them and be performing them, reaping the great benefits I have the past 3 weeks! Brian is really onto something here, I just wish I had discovered them and used them years earlier.
I strongly believe JReps could very well turn the training world on its head as they do such a complete and thorough job of working each muscle - enhancing each exercise. I can't see a reason to perform normal reps again, with JReps being unlike anything I have tried during the past near three decades. I am thriving nicely on them and can't wait to get back into the gym to perform them again each workout!
As I sit here typing I have this weird buzz going on inside my biceps from 3 sets this morning. Cable curls were quite nice performed JRep Extreme style, but the 2 sets of preacher curls that followed is where the damage was done. Normally I avoid preacher curls - have for years - as I struggle having reasonably long arms. Thanks to JReps this is a mute issue, so they are now a bicep mainstay I plan to remain on indefinitely on my quest to 18" arms. Same with pushdowns - a so-so exercise - JReps completely revamped those too! My poor triceps are so depleted after a mere 2 sets that my arms literally cease up and refuse to bend!
DB Flyes JRep style are a joy to perform... if having a super swollen chest resembling Dolly Parton interests you. Brian himself speaks about having "two breasts" when he is done... which is bold as that was what I felt and saw but would never post on the net! Legs are a whole new world when implimenting JReps, squats, leg curls, and calf raises all taking on a new feel and tremendous deepseated pump afterwards!
Like I said, if I was free to do so I would tell everything about JReps, write a whole article even! But as I can't I'm afraid the best I can do is tell you how effective and unique they are and bide my time till the world discovers their potential.

Again, it's $50 vs. $265! [il vend ses anciens bouquins IART 50$ contre 265 sur le site officiel]
A few people on this mssg board have stated they want to see what the IART is about.
Those persons are interested in buying one or two books to get their finger on the pulse of your organization, not everything you've ever floated out of Canada.
With my CD someone got 18 books for the price of what you charge for 2. So it was a real opportunity.
Besides, your older stuff is better than your newer stuff anyway. You've moved waaaaaay away from the essence of HIT since 2001.
Those who contacted me to buy the CD stated explicitly that was the reason they wanted it.
You've also become Joe Wieder with the "JReps provide 50% more mind-blowing pump! No, I won't tell you what JReps are, but for 39.95 you can find out!"
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
C'est safe ça ?
Tu reposes la barre par terre à chaque rep Fab?
