Hi everybody!

Je m'appelle Jeff (enfin Jean-Francois) training junky de 26 ans vivant a Manchester (UK)1m82 76kg. Je m’entraîne dans la box appelée neanmoins mes objectifs ne sont pas du tout reliés au Crossfit, j’apprécie juste l'ambiance des boxs et la diversité d'équipement quelles offres. Je cherche a améliorer mon athlétisme en général (gagner en force, vitesse et conditioning) et mes connaissances sur l'entrainement.

Je me suis fais opérer de l’épaule gauche début Décembre afin de stabiliser mon articulation qui se déboîtait trop souvent. J'ai repris l'entrainement début Janvier avec pour objectif dans les mois a venir de travailler sur ma mobilité/qualité de mouvement et équilibre musculaire au niveau de mes jambes en attendant que je puisse refaire du squat et deadlift.

Merci pour l’accueil !

Le problème est que je n'ai pas la moindre idée du nom de la plupart des exos en francais comme je les piquent de livres et sites web anglophone. Pour la plupart je pense que tu peux les trouver sur youtube. A l'avenir je vais tenter de mettre des lien vers des vidéos pour les non anglophones.

Ce week-end j'ai fait repos, je me suis limité a faire mes exercices de perhab (j'en fait 15-20min tout les matins) et de rééducation. J'ai aussi fait un tout petit peu d'automassage (je ne peux pas faire grand chose pour le moment comme je ne peux pas vraiment mettre de poids sur le bras gauche) et pris un bain d'Epsom salt.

Cette semaine est une semaine de repos pour moi, j'ai diminué le volume sur tout mes exos a l'exception du cardio le mardi et jeudi. J'ai eu pas mal de travail en fin de semaine dernière et cette semaine et je suis un peu en surentraînement (fatigue malgre 7-8h de sommeil, je me réveille beaucoup pendant la nuit avec du mal a me rendormir...) donc cette semaine plus cool devrait me permettre de recharger les batteries.
