10:30AM - Weighted strict pullups, back squats (5x5 pyramid?)
12:00PM - 30x135lb squat snatch, rest 5min, 30 muscle ups
3:00PM - 70x50lb ball slams, 60 burpees (big jump), 60 hand release pushups
4:30PM - 175lb sled push, 10 strict pullups, 5 rounds, then 285lb sled push, 20 pushups, AMRAP
10:30PM - 1 min 178lb thick bar power cleans, 1 min GHD sit up, 1 min HSPU, 5 rounds
