Comment perdre du poids rapidement (outre la perte d'eau initiale) ? En se sous-alimentant fortement.
Et dans ce cas en l'absence de nutriments, le corps va assez rapidement devoir aller taper dans les muscles pour trouver de l'énergie. A part à se nourrir presque exclusivement de protéines, ce qui n'est pas idéal point de vu santé.
Prise ou perte de poids, il est de toute façon néfaste de vouloir varier celui-ci de façon importante sur une courte durée, donc je ne saisis de pas l'intérêt de trouver justification à une telle pratique
